As a whole I recommend this product and though one may not communicate with all modules It does communicate with all important modules in my E60 525 D. I am hoping to get an updated file from B cables. Reslers current price for a new USB interface & cable (inc shipping) is A60.20. A second install will generate a new key, requiring a different unlocking code. From what I understand, the unlocking code for that software only works once on a single computer. Have checked INPA and DIS so far and it works much faster then my old lap top, I have tried TIS but unfortunately it is 2005 file and does not identify my VIN that is from a 2007. Ive purchased the Navcoder software so I dont need that.
Although the instruction said choose com port 1 I had only one option of com port 3 and it is working. Operation system is windows 10 and had no problems, just followed the instructions. I installed it on a Lenovo T430 with intel core i5 processor and 12 GB of DDR3 memory. It took about 90 minutes to install, It included multiple restarts and due to windows updates making the machine slower. As some one who have installed INPA, EDIBAS and DIS on a windows xp 5 years ago using a very complicated and confusing method that took me nearly 1 week of hard work to do it, I can certify that this is very easy to install.
